Home front entry

The area of your home that greets people first is your front entry. We spend alot of time maintaining and changing the interior and often can neglect the first point of call our visitors and ourselves use all the time. The front entrance.

Here are some ideas for freshing up your front entry with simple touches.
  •   Bring out the color: Your front entry is the ideal place to add color. All the positive energy, opportunities, abundance and happiness enters your home through the front door, so make this a welcoming point.

  • Give your front entry attention: Sweep up debris, dead leaves, and clean or pressure wash brick, siding or brick.
  •  Add functional lighting: like the interior of your home, lighting fixtures can make your front entry look amazing at night, as well as keep your guest safe.
  • Plants add color and texture: Depending on how much space you have, plants will help your front entry look friendlier and it will mask much of your hardscape – sidewalks, stairs, and walkways.

  • Pull up a seat: Depending on the size of your front entry, consider adding colorful furniture for seating. From benches,  to cane lounge chairs or bistro style seating adjacent to a patio area. Colorful scatter cushiones or throws gorgeous hues feel and look great.
  •

Whether you only have space for a welcome doormat or you have a full porch to enjoy, create a inviting space that you will love to come home to and give your guests a fresh approach to your home, before they even enter.

Have you done any front entry changes recently?
